Current price examples

Square Online: free plan, or Plus at C$36/month billed annually. Shopify Basic: C$49/month paid monthly, or C$37/month billed annually.

These are individual online stores, rather than a shared marketplace. Payment-processing fees are extra. Prices checked October 1, 2026.

Imagine a ShopItLocal store profile, product listings, an order-management portal and technical help, with no sales commission. Setup, payment processing and delivery would be separate.

A setup package could include account setup, training, photography and listing an agreed number of products.
